Unlike many local artistes who made their debut through talent shows, Lynn Poh debuted as an artiste when she was scouted by the executive producer of the TV series “Don’t Worry Be Happy S2” in an event to select a suitable female actor to play the female lead. In the series, Lynn starred as Zhu Zhu and earned acclaim from viewers due to her cute demeanour. After the end of the TV series, producer Liao Ming Li invited her again to work with actor Tay Ping Hui for the TV series “As You Like It”. Thanks to its novel theme and Lynn’s excellent acting skills, the series won the Best TV Series Award in 2000, which brought Lynn’s acting career to even greater heights.
In recent years, Lynn has acted in local dramas such as “The Truth Seekers”, “All is Well”, and “Recipe Of Life”. She has also begun to further her career in foreign regions such as Hong Kong and Mainland China.
